Shipping Policy
We currently ship to customers in the United States and United Kingdom.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before they ship. Larger orders may take a bit longer to prepare. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
United States Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days after processing
- We're currently unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii
United Kingdom Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days via FedEx after processing
- Orders are shipped from our US fulfillment center, so UK orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged upon delivery. These charges are determined by UK customs and are the responsibility of the customer — they are not included in your order total or collected by us at checkout.
Customs & Delays
While we aim for the delivery windows above, international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs processing. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete address, being unclaimed, or refusal to pay customs charges, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply in these cases.
